Academic Sciences Building, Live Learn Downtown Phase 1
This project is an adaptive reuse, comprehensive renovation of the building commonly known as 1042 Fort Street, an existing three-story concrete, masonry and steel building located in Downtown Honolulu’s Financial District.
Live Learn Downtown, Phase 2
Located within the Downtown Transit Oriented District and at the geographic center of Honolulu’s urban core, this project promises to regenerate both the Chinatown Historic District and the Financial Center.
